The Villa sits on the ruins of an ancient fortress of the 1000s, finding on the '700 the current splendor. Enriched by a marvelous park, the Villa with its magnificent halls lends itself for elegant and refined weddings.

Features and seated meal capacity of inside rooms

The Villa is made up of three floors over a large cellar. The ground and the first floor ( Floor of the Nobles ) have the same theme, i.e. a large central salon of 110sqm (for 100 people), from which you pass into 4 other frescoed rooms: each of them can accommodate up to 30 guests. Instead the Cellar of the Villa has 3 halls, offering each 100 seats.

Details of outdoor wedding venue

The Villa is immersed in a typical Tuscan style garden with it’s little avenues and pathways that lead you to resting places adorned with statues, large fountains and century old plants.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The Villa consists of three double bedrooms, with a maximum of 6 beds.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

It's possible to rent only 1 space of the Villa.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

To rent the whole Villa in exclusive, the price is €1400 for the first 140 people, over you have to pay + € 10 per person. Beside, bringing you the catering, consider a supplement of € 200.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

There aren't restriction for the music if the Villa is rented exclusively.

Do you offer parking ?

Yes, of course.

Additional details

In alternative on the venue fee, you can pay only the Menù, € 100.00 per person, using our catering. With that option the hourly are following: the lunch up to the 08.30 pm, the dinner up to the 02.30 am. Otherwise, for the whole day, it's to pay an extra fee of Euro 200.
