What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

For Civil marriage, to pay directly to the municipal office: for resident, from Euro 360 to Euro 840; for non resident, from Euro 540 to Euro 1126. Rental fee for ceremony venue in the Villa, Euro 550.
