In the heart of Tuscany, set in the hills of the Chianti Fiorentino wine zone, crowning a striking hill overlooking the Val d’Elsa on one side and the florentine plain on the other, lies the venue with its 126 hectares boasting vineyards, olive groves, and magnificent forest. The Estate offers accommodation in three farmhouses, well restored and converted into apartments and rooms and has two lovely swimming pools, true jewels in the bosky green. Particularly charming is the Villa with private pool. Guests enjoy delightful choices: walking trails, guided tours of the winemaking cellar, as well as cooking lessons in the local cuisine and a lovely restaurant offers delicious interpretation of traditional Tuscan cuisine. The farmhouse produces superb wines and a highly-regarded extra virgin olive oil. The oil and all our of our wines are certified organically grown.

Features and seated meal capacity of inside rooms

We have a big room (90mq- 90 people) and a veranda (55 people)which is separated by the room that overlooks at the garden and the pool. Tot 145 people.

Details of outdoor wedding venue

The garden at the restaurant can house 50 people. In other locations into the estate can be organized cocktails and aperitivs.

It can get married within the venue ?

It is possible to have a simbolic and civil ceremonies on-site.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

We have a private villa with private pool and 8 apartments (from 2/6 beds) located in several restored farmhouses. (from 2-6 beds). We can house totally 50 people.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

it is possible to use only the restaurant in case of wedding party only. A fee of euro 500 is required for the ceremony and in this case the rent of the farm is required (not exclusive use) for a minimum of 3 /5 days.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

A special fee of euro 500 is due for the cerimony planning into the farm. No fee required for wedding dinner only.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Music can be played at high volumeuntil midnight; than a particular agreement with the hotel can allow to go on with the private party (lower volum).

Do you offer parking ?

Every farmhouse has its own private park (not guarded parking).

Additional details

We can plan your stay, the ceremony and the wedding party i.e. your wedding day: florist, music, settings... We are a bio-farm and all our production is completely organic. Depending by the request we can ask for some external collaboration: wedding planner and other suppliers.
