Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

It is possible to rent just one location for reception.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

We don't require any fee or terms to organize a reception inside the Villa. Extra Service: - Silverware (cutlery, underplate, etc...); - Covers for chairs; - At request personalized centre piece for table; - Personalized arrangement (from our florist) for the location; - Buffet with different kind of sugared almond from Euro 150,00; - American Bar from Euro 10,00 per person; - Champagne Bottle (Magnum 1,5 l, Jersualem 3 l, Mathusalem 6 l); - Personalized menu for children from Euro 30,00 per person; - Baby-Sitter and/or entertainer for children; - Live music at request; - Ballroom dance; - Big screen for your projection; - At request furnishing for garden; - At request ethnic furnishing; - Fusion set up; - Floating lanterns.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

There are no restriction: just turn down the music after midnight.

Do you offer parking ?

The Relais has a private parking just for receptions' customers. Place for 100 cars.

Additional details

On the occasion of their wedding, the Relais gives as gift to the newly-wed couples the most beautiful and romantic suite of the hotel and, the day after the wedding, two hours in one of the two Private Spa in the beauty centre.

Booking policy and procedures

We ask a deposit of 30% at booking time and balance will be given at the end of event.
