Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

Only exclusive use of the Villa.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

Just in case where not reached the minimum guaranteed number of 100 guests, it's required a fee of euro 1500.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Yes, to be arranged.

Do you offer parking ?

Ample parking for 130 cars.

Booking policy and procedures

20% deposit at time of booking. A second deposit of 30% a month before the event. Balance at end of event with the final number of guests to be notified a week before.
