The results of a research and a survey carried out in the last years testify that in this rural area and especially in a Village close to us, has been written the greatest number of folktales not only in Italy but also in Europe. The village seems to be wrapped in a magical atmosphere. One in particular is set in our Villa, which leads nowadays stuck in a wall outside a large ball of rock in which it was said, and still says, it contained the severed head of a dragon. We have a frescoes lounge of about 60sqm from which you can reach the beautiful veranda of 120sqm that is overlooking the swimming pool and the huge park of the Villa.

The Residence offers a beautiful park where you can organize an event: the charming pool surrounded by romantic olive trees and secular trees.

Inside the venue we can organize symbolic ceremonies that do not require a sacred place.

Nearest places of worship and Town Halls

For marriages with legal validity, we can book the magnificent Pieve of Saint Pancrazio at 500 meters distance from the Villa. It is an ancient parish church dating back to the end of the VIII century.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The Villa can accommodate up to 50 guests.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

The exclusivity of the location is not required, but we recommend it to ensure the maximum privacy to all guests. With our Relais in exclusive use, you can enjoy all spaces with no time limits. This service has an additional charge.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

The rent of the Relais use is € 2.420,00 (not in exclusive). For the exclusive use of the whole Villa, Suites and outdoor spaces, it's required a fee of Euro 4235,00.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

As per Italian law, the music must end no later than midnight. The Client shall pay copyright (SIAE) for the use and reproduction of musical pieces during the reception and the dance.
