Rental fee of the venue for the whole day of the event.

1 reception hall for up to 60 guests and other 2 dining rooms for other 60 people.

A terrace with a fountain, up to 120 people; 2 terraces with view and a huge beautiful Italian garden.

A Romanesque church of the 20th century and for civil wedding the nearby town hall.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

Only rented in exclusive the whole property.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

The music is organized and managed by clients directly. As per Italian law, the music must end at 12:00 pm.

Do you offer parking ?

The villa has a private parking, for an approximate number of thirty cars. On request there is available another parking about 300mt faraway from the villa.

Booking policy and procedures

We request a down-payment to be agreed when booking. Also a refoundable deposit, i.e. the deposit will be returned immediately to the end of the reception, after verification that the venue wasn't damaged.
