The Residence is a special environment to relax and enjoy peaceful nature and the outstanding beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The historic ambiance combined with the contemporary style of refurbishment and decoration will offers our guests a quiet and comfortable stay in holiday apartments, with a daily breakfast buffet and a personal contact with the hosts. The residence is ideal for a events for up to 100 persons and allows to celebrate weddings, including the ceremony in the chapel. A reception at the pool , followed by a dinner in the courtyard and a night-long party is the typical sequence of a glorious wedding with moments to be remembered a life time.

We have several indoor rooms with a capacity of 60 people each.

Beyond the outdoor courtyard with a capacity up to 120 people there is a beautiful garden close to the swimming-pool ideal venue to have welcome cocktails.

It can get married within the venue ?

The Residence has a consecrated chapel where is possible to celebrate weddings.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The Location has 7 apartments for a total of 24 accommodations. There is also another apartment that set apart from the castle for 3/5 people.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

The Venue is rented just for exclusive use.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

With certain exceptions, we ask a minimum stay of 3 nights and a rental fee to start from € 1000 to use the outdoor area and the chapel too .

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

There are no restrictions.

We offer our assistance for the organization of your event and can provide a network of experienced partners in catering, DJ’s or other services.

Booking policy and procedures

We ask a deposit of 30% at booking time and balance at the end of event.
