The Villa was built during the 18th century on one of the higher points of the area around Cortona. Situated in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, the Villa is surrounded by a 3 acre park of pine and Cyprus trees and it enjoys the enchanting view of the Valdichiana valley. What does the starting price includes ?

Exclusive rental fee of the Villa, the park, the gardens, the pool area and 6 double rooms with breakfast, Honeymoon Suite included.

For the Reception lunch or dinner, we are pleased to offer the event saloon fully air-conditioned, where we can accommodate up to 200 people. The event saloon is a space for music and dancing as well as a comfortable area with sofas.

It can get married within the venue ?

We offer without extra charges the grounds around the Villa as well as the Villas's chapel for the blessing.

Catholic ceremonies can be celebrated in a splendid Abbey which is just 900m from the Villa.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The Relais has 18 rooms, i.e. 36 beds. On request we could add extra beds, offering at last a total of 44 beds + an accommodation for 6 people.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

The Villa must be rented exclusively.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

If you wish to set up the Church with chairs covered in white, there is a charge of euro 4,50 each chair. Setting up with green garden chairs not covered in white, colour is free of charge. Also there is a rental fee for marquee if required: price depends form the size of the tend.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Music is allowed until midnight at the pool side while in the Gazebo hall music can be played until 1.00 am.

If the wedding reception falls on a Sunday or during the low season, we are happy to make a 10% discount on the price listed.
