What does the starting price includes ?

Extensive Bridal menu, from aperitif to dessert, wine included. To pass back dishes served at the table and "mise en place" complete with fresh flowers, printed menus and covered chairs.

Features and seated meal capacity of inside rooms

The Villa offers several reception halls that can be used depending on the number of guests: from a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 200 guests. There is also a wonderful partial-closed porch, ideal for events with 250 people.

Huge garden and 2 porches partially enclosed, perfect for events respectively up to 150 and 250 people.

It can get married within the venue ?

We celebrate in our consecrated chapel both ceremonies, civil weddings with the mayor of Coccaglio as well as religious rites and blessing.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

1 Bridal Suite.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

Yes, it's possible to use only one space of the Villa.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Music is possible until 1:00 am.

Do you offer parking ?

The Villa has a huge parking inside.

Booking policy and procedures

To confirm the date we require a deposit of 30% and the balance at the end of event.
