The charming hamlet, dates back to 1433, is located on a hilltop in Umbria, not far from the famous Cortona. With it's 360 views of the green valleys, the well kept exterior, the recently renovated interiors, the venue is an ideal environment to share with loved ones the big day.

Yes, but it must be agreed.

The original chapel of the hamlet has been converted into a magnificent dining room, with a capacity up to 30 people.

Details of outdoor wedding venue

Swimming pool area and the panoramic garden, which can accommodate up to 60 people. Marquees allowed.

How many guests does your venue can accommodate overnight ?

The hamlet has 38 beds divided over 5 apartments / cottages, plus 2 double and 2 single bedrooms in the old Chapel which can be used in case of need. Therefore we can accommodate up to 32 guests but some more additional beds are available in case of need.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

The location is given only in exclusive.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

Music restriction at midnight. It's possible to have few hours extra inside.

Do you offer parking ?

Parking place available.

Booking policy and procedures

In order to make a firm booking we require 30% prepayment at time of confirmation. The other 70 % should be paid within 2 weeks prior to arrival.
