The Villa of the 18th century is nestled in the green countryside near Brescia, not faraway from the stunning Lake Garda. Surrounded by a park of 30000 sqm, characterized by centenary plants, roses, hydrangeas, fragrant plants of lavender, and enriched by a nice lake with a small bridge, the Villa offers a magical atmosphere for your "made in Italy" wedding you've always dreamed. You can live the most important day of your life with your guests, sipping a drink under the welcoming arms of the old Cedar of Libano, dancing in the great ballroom and dining in the park or in the charming living room of fireplace. At the first floor you will find a bedroom to get changed and freshen clothes. What does the starting price includes ?

The wedding menu includes: wine and drinks, an aperitif, a buffet of appetizers, 2 first dishes served at the table, 1 main course with outlines and the wedding cake served or on a huge trap by waiters or on a lit table in the garden. Finally cookies and cakes with coffee. The banquet is for a minimum guaranteed of 50 people and completely customizable.

It can get married within the venue ?

We can book a civil ceremony or in the the Museum of Santa Giulia, a Benedictine monastery known throughout the world for international art exhibitions, or in the hall of the Medioeval Castle of Brescia.

Does your venue allow to use only one space for the wedding reception or it's required the exclusive use ?

We offer our Villa only in exclusive use.

What is the policy about the exclusivity rental, are there site fees?

For the exclusive use of the Villa, except for the private area of the Fanti family, the cost is €.2000.

What restriction ( if any ) on music ?

As per Italian law the music outside must stop at midnight, but then you can dance inside the ballroom.

Do you offer parking ?

There is no parking except for the wedding car. Anyway near the Villa there are spaces to park.

Additional details

Maria Franchi, who organize events for decades, will be happy to assist you in organizing the flowers, catering, music, car (vintage or modern), the shuttle for guests and all that may relate to the marriage. Maria will become your support in Italy, if you wish. If you desire to stay on the lake Garda, Maria can book for you the room in a good hotel and also she can arrange tours, as the cruise on the lake or a visit to Verona or Venice. Note that on the hills around and near Lake Garda you will find wineries where enjoy fine wines and an excellent sparkling wine. Maria can arrange for you a tour or lunch in a cozy wine cellar to taste the wine.

Booking policy and procedures

The booking of the venue is confirmed by the deposit of 30% on the total amount. We require a further 30% a month from the wedding date, while the remaining 40% will be paid by you at check out.
