The Pastry Aquila, operational since 1968, is always looking to personalize the renowned Italian sweet school. The chef is thus able to give diners a unique experience with new interpretations of the recipes and makes the desserts new and unique. About twenty years ago, almost as a joke, the chef had the inspired idea of making the wedding cake, a magnificent puff pastry, along with all the guests at the ceremony. The event received a tremendous success, and the event turned first a cult, now a must.
